Material Options

PLA

PLA - Polylactic Acid

Possess good strength with stunning detail resolution. Great all-round option for prototyping or product requirements. A recognised biodegradable plastic and 100% recyclable. UV stable, biocompatible and available in many colours, exotic property and aesthetic styles.

ABS

ABS - Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene

Stronger and often more versatile than Standard PLA. A good choice for fit and function prototypes and for potential casting purposes. However, ABS is not biodegradable and has a limited half-life when exposed to UV light.

TPU

TPU - Thermoplastic Polyurethane

Possessing many useful properties including elasticity, transparency, and resistance to oil, grease and abrasion. A bio-degradable and eco-friendly plastic with a high Young's Modulus.

Carbon PLA

Carbon Composite PLA

Combining the strength of carbon with the versatility of PLA. Resulting in increased strength, durability compared to standard PLA. Despite being limited to a single colour Carbon PLA can even out-compete ABS in strength : weight tests as well as UV stability.

PETG

PETG - Polyethylene Terephthalate - Glycol

A strong and ductile recyclable plastic with many possible uses. A good choice for fit and function prototypes including engineering parts. Highly translucent and UV stable making it an attractive alternative to ABS over standard PLA when hardiness is of primary concern.

Colour Options

Choose from a range of Colours

Please make sure to upload 3D CAD models or 2D designs in any the following formats: .stl, .obj, .svg, .jpeg, .png, .pdf . However, we do accept various other formats, so please do ask if you are unsure.

Once your project has been received we shall send you a confirmation message via email with a preliminary quote based upon your initial enquiry.
